Demonstration Scripts

FallSafety Health and Safety solutions are easy to demonstrate and can quickly show their value to an organization.

FallSafety Demo Script

FallSafety demos best if you have 2 phones and a FallSafety Service subscription (a free trial is ok as long as it hasn’t expired). Both phones can be iPhones for the demo or you can have one iPhone and a different phone. The iPhone must have one of the FallSafety apps downloaded, installed, and setup. The demo app can be F allSafety Pro, LoneWorker Pro, or WorkerSafety Pro. Note: We recommend WorkerSafety Pro since it is the most robust solution.

Note: Before the demo, be sure to setup emergency contact information on the iPhone that includes the phone number for voice and text messages for the second phone.

Contact Cards

FallSafety Health and Safety contact cards for emergency contacts and people using FallSafety Health and Safety solutions.

FallSafety Contact Card (vCard)

We recommend that all people using our health and safety solutions add this contact card to their contacts on their phone.

Administrators, organization members, and emergency contacts all benefit from having FallSafety appear with Caller ID when there is an alarm.

Onboarding Methods

There are four methods to add members to an organizations.

Method 1

Join Organization from App

This method is best for very small organizations with 1-5 people. Each person installing the app chooses to join the organization setup by an administrator.

The first person to add an organization in the app is automatically an administrator. Other members search for the organization name and request to join the organization.

Members add themselves as part of the app install. During the installation, they self-elect to join an organization. They search for the organization that the administrator setup and say they would like to join it. Administrators receive a text message letting them know a person wants to join their organization. The administrator can then respond to the text message to accept or reject the join organization request or use the FallSafety Dashboard.

Method 2

Add Member from Dashboard

This method is best for small and medium organizations with either a flat or hierarchical organizational structure in the FallSafety Dashboard.

The first person to add an organization in the app is automatically an administrator. Additional members are added using the web portal at https://dashboard.fallsafetyapp.com.

Members are added one-by-one into the organization, group, or team that they are a member of. Emergency contacts are setup for each organization, group, or team. As members are added, they automatically receive a text message inviting them to download and install the app. When they install the app, they are automatically enrolled into the organization, group, or team that the FallSafety administrator added them to.

Method 3

Import spreadsheet

This method is best for medium and large organizations. Members are automatically added to the organizational hierarchy.

Members are bulk imported into an organizational structure that is setup by FallSafety administrators prior to the import. A spreadsheet template is provided to fill in the members for each group and team. Tabs in the spreadsheet are used to setup group and team administrators, emergency contacts, and members.

Method 4

Use MDM (Mobile Device Management) software

This method is best for medium and large organizations with an IT department that manages devices for employees.

Members are added using the organization’s MDM software. Please let the FallSafety team know if you are interested in using this option to learn more about the process of using MDM software with FallSafety.

Member Start App Sample Email

This PDF content is useful for sharing with members to help explain start app reminders.

The FallSafety system provides Start App Reminders for people not running one of the safety apps at the scheduled time they choose.

If FallSafety app is running in the background then you will not receive a Start App Reminder. This is because it is already running 🙂

A FallSafety app can stop running for a number of different reasons.

1. You manually stop/quit the FallSafety app.

2. Your phone or watch stops the FallSafety app because another app is using a lot of resources (i.e. device memory) and automatically forces apps like FallSafety to stop to get more resources.

3. Your phone or watch automatically updates a FallSafety app. When automatic updates are done, apps are not automatically restarted. Note: There is no method provided but the phone or watch to automatically restart the app after an update.

4. Your phone or watch is automatically reset to free up resources. This sometimes happens in the middle of the night and is done automatically by the phone or watch to remain reliable for phone calls, etc. All apps, including FallSafety are stopped when there is a system memory reset.
